WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!! We are a 100% volunteer run organization, this means we need the help of our awesome parents and families to help make this a great experience for our girls (and T-Ball players)!

Before you are allowed on the field or in the dugout, you will also need to complete a USA background check & ACE certification by going to https://www.registerusasoftball.com - if you have questions please send us a message! You will need to create a user name and password. 

If you have previously completed the background check and ACE certification please be aware that it is only for the calendar year in which you received it. If it is has expired, you will need to re-certify in order to be eligible to volunteer.

TCGYS must have a scanned copy of your drivers license, and a copy of your ACE Certification card on file before you will be able to volunteer. All of these can be uploaded to your volunteer profile on your account.
